MIS launches Marine GeoGarage, the first web portal of nautical charts from various international hydrographic offices (NOAA in the United States, Linz in New Zealand, DNH in Brazil, UKHO in the United Kingdom, SHN in Argentina), with regular chart updates.

The site also offered passage planning tools: waypoints and routes that could be downloaded to a Garmin GPS or as a GPX file.
