# Prices and references

> List prices excluding VAT for Olex and its modules as of 1 April 2024, update terms, and the vessels and organisations equipped with Olex by MIS.

## Configurations and list prices

MIS offers two versions, with a new price list for 2024 (the previous one dated from 2022):

- **Lino**, a GPS plotter-type ECS: vector charts, user plan management, ARPA radar target management;
- **Olex**, the hydrographic version, with automatic real-time 2D/3D bathymetry, and additional modules
  that require specific hardware:
  - **AIS** module: management of AIS systems, with text messaging;
  - **ITI/HPR** module: management of underwater acoustic positioning systems for ROVs and trawls (Geonet,
    ITI, Trackpoint, HPR, HiPAP);
  - **SB** module: generation of tidal current charts from the ship's instruments;
  - **GRIB** module: weather, with GRIB forecast files;
  - **UP** module: management of the Advanced Navigation Subsonus underwater acoustic positioning system;
  - **HT** module: seabed hardness display (compatible with Simrad Ex60 and RoxAnn);
  - **ATEC 200** module: management of the Norbit multibeam echo sounder, specific ATEC 200 model;
  - **MBES** module: management of Kongsberg EM series multibeam echo sounders.

### Updates

- Updates of the Olex software **on the original hardware** are free, whatever the original version.
- When the **hardware changes** (PC more than 2 years old), the software update is charged at 10% of the
  Olex base price, i.e. €375 excluding VAT in 2024. Olex AS has applied this rule since 1 January 2008.
